  Ceramic Cutting Tool Features:

1. Low Friction Coefficient: Ceramic tools have a low affinity with metals, reducing cutting force and tempe-rature.

2. Chemical Stability: Ceramic tools resist bonding with metals and are corrosion-resistant, reducing adhe-sive wear.

3. High Hardness and Wear Resistance: Although not as hard as PCD and PCBN, ceramic tools significantly surpass carbide and high-speed steel tools, reaching 91-95 HRA. They can process hard materials that traditional tools struggle with, suitable for high-speed and hard cutting.

4. High-Temperature Resistance: Ceramic tools can cut at temperatures above 1200°C. They maintain excellent high-temperature mechanical properties and oxidation resistance, enabling continuous use even in red-hot conditions. This allows for dry cutting, eliminating the need for cutting fluids.
